About the role:
Our users are at the heart of Fyndle. We’re looking for a friendly, problem-solving support rep to help shoppers with questions, app issues, and feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries via email and chat

  • Troubleshoot app issues with empathy and clarity

  • Collect and share user feedback with the product team

  • Maintain a helpful knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Patience and a customer-first mindset

  • Basic familiarity with mobile apps and e-commerce

UI/UX Designer

Location:

Remote / Hybrid
About the role:
As a UI/UX designer, you’ll own the visual identity of Fyndle. From onboarding screens to swipe cards, you’ll make sure the app feels intuitive and delightful to use.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality mobile interfaces and flows

  • Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life

  • Conduct user research and usability testing

  • Create a consistent design system and style guide

Requirements:

  • Portfolio of mobile app designs

  • Strong knowledge of Figma or Sketch

  • Understanding of user psychology and micro-interactions
